The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has launched a consultation on proposed changes on its current guidance around director disqualifications in competition cases.
The guidance provides an overview of the legal framework for the CMA’s powers to seek Competition Disqualification Orders or accept Competition Disqualification Undertakings and the CMA’s approach to the exercise of its powers.
The consultation closes on 13 September 2018.
