Companies House has issued guidance to UK businesses on the changes to its forms in the event of a no deal Brexit.
If the UK leaves the EU with no deal, these changes will come into effect at 11pm on 29 March 2019.
The form changes cover a range of areas including:
- Confirmation Statement
- Corporate officers
- Overseas companies
- Societas Europaea (SEs)
The guidance also includes a list of forms that will be discontinued after 29 March 2019.
