Ofcom has launched an investigation into the parcel delivery and pick-up sector under the Competition Act.
This investigation will focus on agreements between providers of these services to determine if minimum prices and online sales restrictions have been agreed with the object or effect to prevent, restrict or distort competition in this sector.
Ofcom will follow its standard procedure in the investigation to determine if there has been a breach of competition law.
